What started as a solution to a simple problem — limited quality food options on the water — has evolved into a growing hospitality brand serving captains, charter companies, and boaters across Chicago's harbor system.
Unlike traditional delivery services, Dockside Delivery operates from its own kitchen, allowing us to maintain consistency, quality, timing, and customer experience at every step. Our menu focuses on elevated staples and crowd favorites including handcrafted sandwiches, fresh salads, charcuterie boards, snacks, beverages, and customized catering packages designed specifically for life on the water.

Terri Evans is an entrepreneur, economic development leader, educator, and hospitality professional with a career that spans corporate leadership, public service, and business ownership.
A graduate of Spelman College with a degree in Economics and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management, Terri brings nearly three decades of experience in strategy, operations, marketing, and customer engagement.
Before launching Dockside Delivery, Terri built an extensive corporate career with BMW Group, leading national programs, multicultural marketing initiatives, and cross-functional business strategies across the United States and Germany. Her professional background also includes experience in aviation, entrepreneurship, consulting, and higher education.
Terri is also the owner of Windy City Ribs & Whiskey and has become a recognized voice in entrepreneurship and community-focused economic development throughout the Chicago region.
In addition to her business ventures, she serves in leadership and consulting roles supporting municipalities, entrepreneurs, and small business ecosystems across Chicagoland. Her work focuses on helping businesses grow, creating economic opportunity, and building stronger communities through innovation and collaboration.
